Salman just dropped a hint on being approached for a Christmas release
Now it’s known for a fact that Eid is meant for Salman Khan, Diwali for Shah Rukh Khan and Christmas for Aamir Khan coz obviously, most of their films have released during these respective occasions and it has all worked in favor of them. But what if we say Salman is going to come up with a Christmas release in the forthcoming year? Well, surprise surprise! Salman just confessed he’s been approached for a Christmas release. Yes, that’s right! Can you believe it?
Salman in his recent interview with HT said how he isn’t obsessed with the Eid weekend as he confirmed, “It’s not just about Eid. Any festive date is good for everyone. It’s holiday time and people want to watch films. I heard a film a few days back and it’s clearly a Christmas film. Now we’ll see what to do.” Ahem! Did Salman just drop a hint that there’s a christmas release coming up? In that case, Aamir really needs to do something about it. Or what if Aamir decides to debut on a Eid weekend- he year when Salman books Christmas?
Well, you are open to speculate but having said that, one also cannot forget the fact how Salman had also stolen Shah Rukh Khan’s Diwali weekend last year by releasing his blockbuster venture, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. In fact, even this year SRK was to release Raees during Eid but fearing clash with Salman’s Sultan, Khan had no choice but to push it to the next year.
